Terms & Conditions – Collaborate Efforts LLC

1. Legally Binding Agreement

Accepting an estimate, proposal, or invoice forms a legally binding agreement.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur:
- $125 for residential services
- $175 for commercial services
No work begins without service approval.

2. Payment Terms

Payments must follow the timeline in the estimate or invoice.
Accepted methods: cash, check, ACH, credit/debit (2.9% fee).
Commercial clients may qualify for same-day, Net 15, or Net 30 terms.
Overdue balances (30+ days) incur a 15% late fee.
Customer covers legal fees and collection costs for delinquent accounts.

3. Scheduling & Weather Delays

Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.
Customers will be notified of weather delays promptly.

4. Water Supply

A functional on-site water source must be provided.
If water is unavailable, additional charges or rescheduling may apply.

5. Property Preparation & Liability

Customers must secure outdoor items such as furniture, grills, vehicles, etc.
Not liable for pre-existing issues (loose siding, rotten wood, faulty sealing).
Cleaning may reveal oxidation, fading, or discoloration previously hidden.

6. Safety & Courtesy

Children and pets must remain away from the work area.
Do not touch cleaned surfaces for at least 12 hours.

7. Electrical Safety

Customers should turn off exterior breakers before service.
Not responsible for issues caused by faulty or unsealed fixtures.

8. Plant & Landscaping Protection

Chemical solutions may affect vegetation.
Customers should water or cover sensitive plants.
Not responsible for plant stress or damage.

9. Stain Removal & Service Limitations

Some stains may not be fully removable (rust, oils, tree sap, fungus, etc.).
Efflorescence removal is not included unless specified.
Window cleaning/water spot removal is not guaranteed.
Customers should protect stained wood or delicate surfaces.

10. Documentation & Media Release

Photos/videos may be taken before, during, and after service.
Images may be used for marketing without revealing personal details.

11. Trailer Rental Terms

Do not load materials above trailer wall height.
No hazardous, flammable, paint, or concrete materials allowed.
Renter is responsible for any trailer damage.
Trailers may not be moved without approval.
Accessories (batteries, remotes, spares) must be returned in good condition.
