SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Estimates, Scope & Changes
The estimate covers only the services, areas, items, and quantities specifically listed. Measurements and conditions may need confirmation on site.
- Additional areas, stain treatments, labor, difficult access, extra loads or trips, special handling, or disposal charges may cost extra. We will explain material changes and obtain approval before proceeding.
- Customer must identify excluded areas or items and disclose known damage, fragile conditions, access limits, or other relevant site conditions before work begins.
- For junk removal, if the amount, type, weight, or volume differs materially from what was described, the price may be revised before loading. The customer may approve the change, reduce the scope, or decline the additional work.
2. Water Supply & Additional Water Charges
Unless the estimate states otherwise, the customer must provide reasonable access to an outdoor water source with adequate flow for pressure washing or soft washing.
- If water is unavailable, restricted, insufficient, or unsafe to access, service may be delayed or rescheduled.
- If we must transport, supply, or arrange water, a separate water-supply or transport charge may apply only after it is explained and approved.
3. Customer Preparation & Property Protection
Before service, clear or secure furniture, cushions, rugs, decorations, toys, vehicles, and other movable items where practical. Close windows and doors, keep people and pets away from work areas, and identify delicate surfaces or vulnerable landscaping.
- Move or protect portable electronics, speakers, televisions, chargers, extension cords, and other water-sensitive items before work begins.
- If crew members are asked to move furniture or heavy items, a fee may apply if listed in the estimate or approved in advance.
- For paver sanding and sealing, the area must be cleared unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.
4. Exterior Fans, Cameras & Electrical Fixtures
We take reasonable care to avoid directing high-pressure water at exterior electrical fixtures, but incidental moisture or splashing may occur. Outdoor-rated equipment is not necessarily waterproof and must not be directly pressure washed.
- We cannot guarantee that exterior fans, cameras, lights, outlets, wiring, speakers, or other electrical components will remain completely dry.
- Customers should switch off and, where appropriate, arrange for a qualified professional to disconnect or protect sensitive equipment.
- We will not intentionally direct high-pressure spray into electrical openings, motor housings, camera connections, outlets, or other vulnerable components.
- Pre-existing defects, deteriorated seals, corrosion, improper installation, or equipment not rated for water exposure may allow water intrusion. We may avoid areas that appear unsafe or unusually vulnerable.

SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
5. Cleaning Methods & Results
Cleaning methods are selected based on the service and conditions reasonably observable at the time. Results depend on surface age, porosity, oxidation, coatings, rust, oil, organic growth, irrigation deposits, and other conditions.
- We do not guarantee complete removal or permanent prevention of algae, mildew, weeds, efflorescence, tiger striping, oxidation, rust, oil, or other stains.
- Some chemicals or stain treatments may be unsuitable for certain materials and may cause discoloration, etching, or damage if incompatible. Additional treatments require separate approval and may cost extra.
- Soft washing may remove organic growth but may not remove embedded staining, oxidation, or physical deterioration.
6. Paver Cleaning, Sanding & Sealing
Results depend on paver condition, previous sealers, joint condition, drainage, weather, curing conditions, and maintenance.
- Existing stains, efflorescence, uneven color, damaged pavers, shifting, settling, and prior coating issues may remain visible.
- The treated area must remain clear and undisturbed for the period specified by the product manufacturer and our service instructions.
- Sealer appearance, sheen, traction, and durability vary with paver type, prior treatment, weather, maintenance, and normal wear.
- Joint sand is intended to help stabilize the paver joints and reduce weed growth, but it cannot completely prevent weeds. Weed seeds can germinate in or above the joints, and growth may return over time. No guarantee is made that weeds will not regrow. The customer is responsible for ongoing weed control and maintenance, using suitable weed-control products according to their label and in a way that will not damage the pavers, sealer, nearby plants, or surrounding surfaces.
- A warranty applies only if expressly stated in the estimate or a separate written warranty, including its conditions and exclusions.
7. Solar Panels & Specialized Surfaces
For solar panels and other specialized surfaces, we will use the method stated in the estimate and take reasonable care. We do not diagnose or repair electrical systems, panels, inverters, wiring, roof structures, or other equipment. Cleaning does not guarantee a specific increase in energy production. Customers should disclose known defects and follow manufacturer guidance.
8. Junk Removal, Hauling & Property Cleanouts
Service covers only the items, areas, labor, and number of loads included in the approved estimate. The customer authorizes removal of the specific items identified for removal.
- The customer confirms they own the items or have legal authority to authorize removal. For rental properties, estates, foreclosures, evictions, or other third-party property, the customer must obtain all required permissions before service.
- Clearly identify items to remove and separate items that must stay. Remove cash, jewelry, medications, keys, personal documents, confidential records, data-storage devices, and sentimental or unusually valuable items before work begins.
- Once items are loaded and transported for disposal, recovery may not be possible. The customer should inspect designated items before loading and inspect the cleared area before the crew leaves.
- Moving heavy, bulky, fragile, or oversized items through tight spaces may create a risk of scuffs or damage to walls, floors, doorways, stairs, landscaping, driveways, and other surfaces. Disclose fragile areas, hidden utilities, septic systems, soft ground, and access limitations.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, ordinary wear, or conditions that could not reasonably be identified beforehand. Nothing here excludes liability for our negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
- Additional volume, weight, labor, stairs, long carries, disassembly, difficult access, extra trips, special handling, or disposal fees may change the price. We will obtain approval for material changes before proceeding.
- We may refuse items that are unsafe, prohibited, unidentified, or outside the approved scope.

SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
9. Prohibited & Special-Handling Materials
Unless expressly agreed in writing in advance and legally permitted, we do not accept hazardous or regulated materials, including:
Customers must disclose hazardous, restricted, unusually heavy, or special-disposal items before service. We may refuse unsafe or prohibited items. To the extent permitted by law, the customer may be responsible for reasonable cleanup, disposal, or other costs resulting from undisclosed prohibited materials supplied for removal.
- Asbestos, chemicals, solvents, fuel, oil, pesticides, pool chemicals, and wet paint.
- Medical or biohazard waste, sharps, radioactive materials, explosives, ammunition, and firearms.
- Propane tanks, batteries, refrigerant-containing appliances, or other items requiring special handling unless arrangements have been approved in advance.
- Heavy materials such as concrete, brick, dirt, stone, and roofing debris may require separate approval due to weight and disposal limits.
10. Disposal, Donation & Recycling
We select lawful disposal, recycling, or donation options based on material condition, facility rules, and availability. We do not guarantee that any particular item will be donated or recycled. Disposal fees may vary by material, weight, volume, and facility requirements.
11. Existing Conditions, Runoff & Surrounding Areas
Customers must disclose known leaks, failed seals, cracked surfaces, failing paint, oxidized siding, loose pavers, damaged screens, fragile landscaping, hidden utilities, or other conditions that may affect service. Cleaning may create runoff, overspray, and temporary wet areas. We take reasonable precautions, but weather, wind, drainage, site conditions, and surface condition can affect results.
- We may photograph visible pre-existing conditions and completed work for service documentation.
- Public marketing use of identifiable customer or property images will be handled with permission where required.
12. Access, Scheduling, Weather & Safety
The customer must provide safe, lawful, unobstructed access to the service area, water source, trailer, and items to be removed. Arrival times are estimates and may change due to weather, traffic, prior jobs, equipment issues, or safety concerns.
- We may pause, modify, reschedule, or decline work when conditions are unsafe or the work cannot reasonably be performed using an appropriate method.
- The customer is responsible for obtaining required owner, landlord, HOA, property-management, or other permissions.
- A return-trip or cancellation charge for customer-controlled access problems applies only if disclosed in the estimate or approved in advance.

TRAILER RENTALS, PAYMENTS & ACCEPTANCE
13. Trailer Rental Terms
These terms apply whenever a trailer is rented under an approved rental agreement. Any separate signed rental agreement may provide additional specific terms.
- Condition photos: We will take photographs before delivery or pickup and after return to document the trailer's condition. The renter must report and photograph any pre-existing damage before taking possession.
- Return condition: Return the trailer in the condition received, except for normal wear and tear. The renter is responsible for damage caused during the rental period, subject to applicable law.
- Prohibited loads: Do not load wet concrete, wet paint, or materials that may harden, spill, permanently stain, or damage the trailer. Hazardous materials and flammable items are prohibited unless we expressly approve a lawful arrangement in writing.
- Cleaning and repair: The renter is responsible for reasonable cleaning, special handling, and repair costs resulting from prohibited materials or renter-caused damage, to the extent permitted by law.
- Theft or loss: While the trailer is in the renter's possession or parked at a location designated by the renter, the renter must take reasonable steps to secure it and is responsible for theft or loss during the rental period, except to the extent caused by our negligence or otherwise prohibited by law. The renter must notify us and the appropriate authorities promptly if theft or loss occurs.
14. Payment, Late Payment & Additional Charges
Prices, deposits, payment due dates, accepted payment methods, cancellation or rescheduling fees, and any late fees will be stated in the estimate, invoice, or rental agreement. Charges must be disclosed and comply with applicable law.
- Payment is due according to the approved estimate, invoice, or rental agreement.
- The customer is responsible for agreed charges for authorized work and time and labor already performed, plus approved loading, unloading, transportation, handling, and return-trip costs, to the extent permitted by law.
- We reserve the right to suspend scheduled or future services while an account is past due and to require outstanding balances to be paid before accepting additional work.
15. Nonpayment, Collections & Legal Enforcement
Payment is a material obligation of every customer. If an invoice or rental charge is not paid by its stated due date, Under Pressure Pro Wash & Haul Patrol Junk Removal, operated by Collaborate Efforts LLC, will pursue collection of the unpaid balance using the remedies available under the agreement and applicable law.
- Payment demands and collections: We may send written payment demands and refer delinquent accounts to a collection agency or attorney. We may seek recovery of the outstanding balance and any collection costs, interest, court costs, and attorney fees that are authorized by the agreement or applicable law.
- Civil action: We may file a claim in small claims court or another court with jurisdiction to recover unpaid invoices, rental charges, and other amounts owed.
- Law-enforcement referral: When the facts reasonably indicate possible theft of services or another offense, we may report the matter to law enforcement and provide supporting documentation. Any criminal determination is made by the appropriate authorities.
- Liens: For work and property that qualify for lien rights, we may serve required notices and record or enforce a construction lien or other available lien, provided all applicable legal requirements and deadlines are met.
- Suspension of future services: We may decline new work or suspend recurring services while an account remains delinquent. The customer remains responsible for charges for work already authorized or performed.
16. Seven-Day Service Follow-Up
Please inspect the serviced areas after completion. If an area included in the estimate was missed or needs additional attention, contact us within seven (7) calendar days of service, provide photos, and identify the affected area so we can review the concern.
This follow-up period does not guarantee removal of permanent stains, cover new buildup or damage occurring after service, or replace an express written warranty. It does not waive rights that cannot legally be limited.

GENERAL TERMS & CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE
17. Limitation of Responsibility
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, deterioration, improper installation, or conditions that could not reasonably be identified before work. This provision does not exclude or limit responsibility for our negligence, intentional misconduct, or other liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Any specific service warranty or guarantee must be stated in writing in the estimate or a separate agreement. These terms do not promise that every stain, discoloration, or surface condition can be corrected.
18. Photos & Service Records
Photographs may be taken to document pre-existing conditions, the work area, completed services, or trailer condition before and after rental. Any public marketing use of identifiable customer or property images will be handled with permission where required.
19. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting or approving an estimate, or signing an applicable rental agreement, the customer confirms these terms were made available for review and agrees they apply to the services described in the estimate or agreement. The estimate or rental agreement controls the specific scope, price, payment terms, and any service-specific warranty expressly stated there.
20. Severability & Applicable Law
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms waives a right or obligation that cannot legally be waived.
