Power Washing St. Petersburg
Power Washing in St. Petersburg, FL
Some surfaces need pressure to clean properly. Decades of oil drips on a concrete driveway, gum and grime ground into a restaurant sidewalk, tire marks on a commercial parking lot, mildew embedded in brick patios, dumpster pad buildup that resists everything else: these are jobs for high-pressure power washing. The right equipment, the right technique, and the right approach for hard surfaces deliver results you simply can’t get any other way.
Under Pressure Pro Wash & Haul Patrol Junk Removal provides professional power washing services across St. Petersburg, Pinellas Park, Gulfport, Tierra Verde, Seminole, Treasure Island, and the surrounding Tampa Bay area. We work on residential and commercial properties, with commercial-grade equipment that handles everything from a single driveway to a multi-acre commercial parking lot. We’re BBB accredited, fully insured, and in business since 2021.
Power Washing vs. Pressure Washing vs. Soft Washing
A quick clarification, since these terms get used interchangeably even though they’re technically different.
Power washing uses high-pressure water, typically with hot water, for tough cleaning jobs on hard surfaces. The hot water and pressure combination breaks down grease, oil, and stubborn buildup that cold water can’t touch. Best for: commercial kitchens, restaurant back-of-house, gas station concrete pads, dumpster pads, heavy industrial cleaning.
Pressure washing uses high-pressure cold water, generally on hard surfaces. Most “power washing” jobs in residential settings are technically pressure washing. Best for: driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, fences, brick, masonry.
Soft washing uses low-pressure water (under 500 PSI) combined with biodegradable cleaning solutions. Used on delicate surfaces and biological growth. Best for: roofs, siding, stucco, painted wood, pool cages, lanais.
For most homeowners, the term “power washing” covers any high-pressure cleaning of hard surfaces. We use that vocabulary on this page even though some of the work is technically pressure washing. The right approach for your project depends on the surface, the type of buildup, and the result you want.
If your job involves delicate surfaces (siding, roofs, screens), see our Soft Wash Cleaning page instead.
Surfaces We Power Wash
We handle the full range of hard-surface high-pressure cleaning across Pinellas County.
Concrete Driveways The most common residential power washing job. We remove oil drips, transmission fluid stains, tire marks, mildew, algae, and decades of accumulated dirt. Our commercial-grade surface cleaners scrub concrete evenly without leaving the wand-stripe marks that DIY pressure washers create. Most driveways look dramatically better after a single cleaning.
Sidewalks and Walkways Walkways accumulate gum, dirt, organic buildup, and mildew. Power washing restores even color and removes stains that don’t respond to sweeping or hosing.
Patios and Pool Decks Concrete patios, brick patios, paver patios, and pool decks all benefit from professional power washing. We adjust pressure based on the specific material to avoid damaging softer surfaces. Pavers and brick get gentler treatment than poured concrete.
Brick and Masonry Brick retaining walls, masonry foundations, brick patios, and decorative masonry can develop heavy biological growth and staining. We use techniques calibrated for masonry to avoid pitting or damaging mortar joints.
Commercial Parking Lots This is one of our specialties. Strip center parking lots, shopping center concrete, restaurant lots, and industrial properties accumulate oil, fluid leaks, gum, tire rubber, and grime that makes them look neglected. We use ride-behind surface cleaners and commercial-grade degreasers to bring lots back to life. Most commercial work happens overnight or early morning to avoid disrupting business.
Dumpster Pads and Trash Areas Dumpster pads collect grease, food residue, and bacterial buildup that creates odor and pest problems. We use hot-water power washing combined with food-safe degreasers to fully restore these areas. Common service for restaurants, apartment complexes, and retail properties.
Gas Station Concrete and Service Bays Gas station aprons, service bay concrete, and auto repair shop floors have unique grease and petroleum staining challenges. We use hot water and commercial degreasers specifically formulated for petroleum residue.
Fleet Washing Truck and trailer washing for fleet operators, contractor companies, and delivery services. Mobile service means we come to your yard. Most fleet washes happen during off-hours.
Fences (Concrete or Stone) Concrete block fences and stone walls develop algae and mildew quickly in Florida. Power washing restores them, often dramatically.

Commercial Power Washing in Pinellas County
A significant portion of our business is commercial work, and Pinellas County has plenty of demand for it. Pinellas Park alone has more commercial parking lot square footage per capita than most parts of Florida, and similar concentrations exist along US-19, Park Boulevard, and St. Pete’s commercial corridors.
For commercial customers, we offer:
Recurring contracts. Monthly, quarterly, or biannual cleaning that keeps your property consistently sharp without you having to think about it.
After-hours scheduling. Most commercial work happens overnight or early morning to avoid disrupting business operations.
Certificates of insurance. Available within an hour of request for property managers and corporate accounts.
Fleet pricing. Multi-vehicle fleet washing at reduced per-unit rates compared to individual jobs.
Hot-water capability. For grease, petroleum, and food residue jobs that cold water can’t handle.
Water reclamation. Where local code requires capture and disposal of wastewater, we comply.
Industries we work with regularly: retail strip centers, restaurants, apartment complexes, condo HOAs, gas stations and convenience stores, auto repair shops, small industrial properties, contractor yards, fleet operators, property management companies.
